Mom Will Find You

Northern rough-winged swallows (Stelgidopteryx serripennis) made their nests in holes under a bridge in California. This baby fell from its nest. Alone, hungry, and afraid, it calls out to its parents. They come and feed it, an unspoken promise of care and protection until it is ready to fly on its own.
