LANDING PLATFORM

I am grateful that my biology degree allows me to notice details that, otherwise, I would not see. For example, flowers are landing platforms for pollinating animals. In this flower of the Achimenes genus, the petals are the landing area. While the white, the yellow, and the red dots in the center show the way to the nectar.
