PARKED 2

Description

I was walking in the woods looking for flowers. When I saw these Begonias, I had to bend down and admire their perfection. Sunlight filtering through the pine needles highlights the twisted yellow pistils. Structures that almost appear to be from another planet. Minutes later, a mosquito lands on one of its petals, perfectly depicting the function of the petals. Flowers are landing platforms for pollinating insects. The plant offers nectar in exchange for the dispersal of pollen by the perched insect.
